2. Product information

3. Orders and account details
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep your account access secure. If you notice an error in an order, contact us promptly with the order number. We may contact you to verify an order where payment, address or fraud checks require it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain the issue and arrange any refund due.
4. Prices and payment
Prices and the final order total are shown at checkout. Where the checkout offers partial payment, 30% is paid online and the remaining 70% is payable on delivery. Fully prepaid orders have no balance payable on delivery. Payment options shown at checkout apply to that order. We will not ask for an extra payment that is not part of the agreed order total.
5. Delivery
Delivery is currently available within India at serviceable pincodes. Dispatch and delivery estimates, including any longer pre-order window, are explained on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not a guarantee of a specific arrival date. Contact us if delivery is delayed or the parcel appears lost.
6. Changes, cancellations and returns
Email support@ninepastsix.com promptly with your order number for an order change or cancellation. An order cancelled before dispatch receives a full refund of the amount paid, including any 30% advance. Once dispatched, return, exchange and refund requests are reviewed under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
These terms do not reduce any remedy or consumer right available under applicable law. Refunds approved under the applicable policy are returned through the appropriate payment method; any processing period is explained in our returns policy.
7. Website use and content
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, misuse payment systems or submit false order details. Brand content, product photography and designs belong to their respective rights holders and may not be reused commercially without permission.
8. Privacy
