This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through ninepastsix.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

• We ship across India. Only India, for now.
• Shipping is ₹100 for orders below ₹5,000 and free for orders of ₹5,000 or more, to serviceable pincodes across India.
• In-stock orders dispatch within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.
• Product prices include GST. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout.

We currently deliver across India, wherever our courier partners reach. We do not ship internationally yet.

Business day: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Delhi, India.

Dispatch: the point at which your order leaves our facility with the courier. Delivery estimates run from this point.

Delivered: the point at which the courier records delivery through a signature, photo, OTP confirmation, or tracking scan.

In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Drops and pre-orders may carry a longer dispatch window. If they do, it will be stated clearly on the product page and at checkout — not buried here. By ordering those items, you accept the stated timeline.

You'll receive a confirmation email (and WhatsApp message, if you've opted in) with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping is ₹100 when your order subtotal is below ₹5,000, and free when it is ₹5,000 or more. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes, for delivery to serviceable pincodes across India.

Product prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes (GST). Any shipping charge is shown at checkout and included in your order total. Any COD balance shown in your order confirmation is payable at delivery.

These are estimated transit times after dispatch, not guarantees.

• Delhi NCR: 2–4 business days
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days

Delivery can be affected by courier delays, remote pincodes, peak periods (festive season, drop weeks), weather, and events outside our control. If something's running late on our end, we'll tell you.

You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund, including any 30% advance payment. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at support@ninepastsix.com.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, redirected, or have its address changed in transit. Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

A tracking number and link will be emailed to you at dispatch. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to start updating. If tracking hasn't moved after several days, reach out and we'll chase it.

NinePastSix and our delivery partners will never ask you to pay delivery fees, “release charges,” or taxes through links sent by SMS, email, or WhatsApp. For prepaid orders, the total is paid at checkout. For partial-payment COD orders, the confirmed remaining balance is payable to the courier at delivery. If you receive a payment request claiming to be from us or our courier, do not click or pay — verify with us first at support@ninepastsix.com.

The courier records delivery through a signature, photo, OTP, or tracking scan, and this is treated as proof of delivery.

Title and risk pass to you when the courier records the order as delivered to the address you provided. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after that point.

If you ship to an address other than your own (an office, a friend's place, a forwarding service), our responsibility ends once the parcel is delivered to that address.

A parcel may be delayed, held, or returned to us if the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery attempts fail, or the parcel is refused.

If a parcel is returned because it was refused or unclaimed, we'll contact you. Return shipping charges we incur may be deducted from your refund.

If a parcel cannot be traced within 15 days of dispatch, we will reship it (subject to stock — our runs are small) or issue a full refund.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the parcel, we'll raise an investigation with the courier. These investigations can take up to three weeks, so such cases are typically resolved within four weeks of dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or the packaging looks tampered with, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery for an issue visible on arrival. This prompt reporting request does not limit any remedy available under applicable law.

Include your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, the product, and any product packaging (including a shoebox, where applicable). Keep everything — the courier may need it for inspection.

We'll raise a claim with the courier. Courier claims can take around three weeks, so delivery investigations are typically resolved within four weeks of dispatch. Eligible refunds follow the approval and processing terms in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Every order ships in protective outer packaging. If the outer packaging or product packaging (including a shoebox, where applicable) arrives damaged, please report it as described in Section 12 with photos.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including for suspected fraud, payment issues, undeliverable pincodes, or pricing/listing errors. In such cases, we will issue a refund where applicable, and we'll tell you why.

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, strikes, natural events, public-health measures, or government action. If it happens, we'll do what we reasonably can to minimise the impact — and keep you informed.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India, without limiting any statutory consumer rights, complaint forums or remedies available under applicable law.
