We will resolve privacy complaints within 15 days of receipt. This does not limit any complaint process or remedy available under applicable law.

Payment partners process payment details through their payment interfaces. We receive information needed to confirm or manage a payment, such as its status and transaction reference.

Information may be stored or processed outside India by Shopify and other service providers. Our Shopify customer-data hosting location is the United States.
